Career Guidance for Rising Offspring

CGRO is a visionary program designed to empower exceptional students in 11th and 12th grades across Tamil Nadu. We will select 38 outstanding students from orphanage home and underprivileged community, one from each district, through a carefully designed process that considers their interests, academic achievements, knowledge foundation, unique experiences, and their potential to excel academically, personally, and socially. The selected students will receive a laptop to enhance their technical skills and bridge the gap between their dreams and opportunities. With this initiative, we aim to inspire innovation, ignite passion, and equip young minds with the tools they need to thrive in an ever-evolving world. By providing essential resources, information, and connections with experts, CGRO is committed to fostering future leaders and helping them turn their dreams into reality.

How to Participate in the Donate and Win Event

To join the Donate and Win Event, follow these simple steps:

1. Minimum Donation: Donate a minimum amount (₹20 or more) to support the CGRO program.
2. Google Form Submission: Fill out the Google Form provided, including your contact details.
3. QR Code Payment: Use the QR code inside the Google Form to make your payment. Take a screenshot of the payment confirmation.
4. Upload and Submit: Upload the payment screenshot in the Google Form and submit it.
5. Receive Your Ticket ID: Within 24 hours, you will receive a unique Ticket ID via the email you provided. This Ticket ID serves as proof of your participation.

At the end of the event, the winning Ticket ID will be announced. If your Ticket ID matches, you’ll be contacted or can reach out to us to claim your prize. Participate today and make a difference while standing a chance to win exciting rewards!

Terms and Conditions for the Donate and Win Event
  • Eligibility Criteria:
    There are no restrictions-everyone can participate, regardless of age, location, or any other limitations.
  • Mandatory Google Form Submission:
    Participants must fill out the Google Form, provide accurate contact details, and upload the payment screenshot as proof of their donation.
  • Multiple Entries:
    Participants can donate multiple times to increase their chances of winning. However, each donation must be unique, and duplicate payment screenshots are not allowed.
  • Donation Validity:
    Donations made through the official QR code are valid for a lifetime and do not have an expiration date.
  • Contact Information Accuracy:
    Participants must provide accurate and complete contact details in the Google Form. Incorrect or incomplete details may lead to disqualification. If the contact details are invalid and we cannot reach the winner, the prize will not be distributed.
  • Ticket ID Issuance Timeline:
    Ticket IDs will be issued within 24 hours of submission. Each Ticket ID is unique and non-transferable.
  • Winner Verification:
    Winners must verify their identity by matching the unique Ticket ID sent to their provided email and contact details. It is essential to keep this email, and the unique Ticket ID safely maintained for verification purposes.
  • Unique Payment Proof:
    Each donation must be unique. The same payment screenshot cannot be used for multiple Google Form submissions, even if different contact details are provided.
  • Prize Claim Deadline:
    There is no deadline to claim the prize. We will reach out to them, or winners can contact us at any time after the announcement.
  • Unclaimed Prizes:
    If a winner is unable to claim their prize, they can nominate someone else to receive it. If no nomination is provided, the prize will remain unclaimed.
  • Disqualification Criteria:
    Participants will be disqualified if they submit false information, duplicate payment screenshots, or violate any other rules of the event.
  • Event Updates:
    Any updates, changes, or announcements related to the event will be communicated only through official social media platforms.
  • Duplicate Ticket IDs:
    In the unlikely event of duplicate Ticket IDs due to technical issues, a re-selection process will be conducted transparently.
  • Event End Date Announcement:
    The event’s end date will be announced on our official social media platforms. Participants are encouraged to follow us for updates. The event is planned to run for a standard long duration and will not conclude abruptly. Please note that the exact end date may not be provided immediately but will be shared well in advance.
  • Event Winner Selection Process:
    The winner will be selected in a transparent and ethical manner by children. The Unique Ticket ID will be formed by children choosing each character. This process will be recorded and uploaded to our official YouTube channel for transparency. The winner will be announced alongside this video.
  • No Refund Policy:
    Donations are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Participant Conduct:
    Participants engaging in inappropriate behavior, fraudulent activities, or harassment of organizers will be disqualified and reported if necessary.
  • Winner Announcement Transparency:
    The winner announcement process will be live-streamed or recorded and uploaded to our official YouTube channel for full transparency and audience engagement.
  • Winner’s Choice of Prize:
    Winner will have the opportunity to select one product from the prize list, featuring more than worth over ₹1 lakh in total.
  • Prize Distribution Method:
    The prize distribution will be conducted based on the type of prize. The entire distribution process will be recorded and uploaded to the official YouTube channel of the trust. Additionally, photos of the winners receiving their prizes and the moments of prize distribution will be shared on the trust’s official social media accounts.
  • Image Representation of Prizes:
    The prizes shown in the images are for illustrative purposes only and represent the category of prizes, not the exact items.
  • Dispute Resolution:
    Any disputes or queries regarding the event will be handled professionally. Participants can contact the organizers via email or the official contact number during business hours and on business days.
  • Prize Substitution Policy:
    In case a specific prize is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, an equivalent substitute prize of equal value will be offered to the winner.
  • Legal Disclaimer:
    This event complies with all local laws and regulations. Participation in the event is voluntary, and the organizers shall not be held liable for any unforeseen issues arising from the event.
